Ingredients

1 16 oz. can Spicy Jalapeno refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning
2 avocados, mashed
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can sliced olives
3 green onion stalks, chopped
6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Spoon refried beans in the bottom of a casserole dish the size of something larger than a pie plate.
2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning together and cover refried beans, leaving a small amount of refried beans showing on the outer rim.
3. Mix avocado with limejuice and season to taste, (salt, pepper, garlic powder). Spread on top of sour cream mixture.
4. Mix tomatoes, olives and onions together and drain. Sprinkle over the entire plate.
5. Sprinkle with all the cheddar cheese and serve.
