Ingredients

½ lb ground beef, browned & taco seasoned to taste
1 envelope Taco Seasoning
½ head iceberg or Greenleaf lettuce
1 8-oz. can corn, drained
1 8-oz. can red kidney beans, drained
½ red onion, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
1 8-oz. can enchilada sauce
½ bag (approximately 1-2 cups) Chili Cheese Fritos
6 ounces Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 avocado cut into bite size pieces

Directions

1. Brown beef, drain and add taco seasoning.
2. Mix red kidney beans and enchilada sauce together and heat until warm.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and add to warm mixture, sprinkle top with additional Fritos and eat!
