Ingredients
5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and sliced
4 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. pickle juice
6 eggs, hard cooked and sliced
Directions
1. Combine potatoes through pepper, set aside.
2. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and pickle juice with three mashed egg yolks.
3. Combine all ingredients except for remaining eggs.
4. Slice eggs and place on top of potato salad
