Ingredients
Potatoes
Bacon
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Directions
1. Boil, peel, and cut up potatoes.
2. Cut bacon into small pieces and cook in large skillet until the bacon is crispy. Remove excess fat.
3. Dice onion. Add to skillet. Sauté.
4. Add vinegar and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
