Ingredients
2 eggs, scrambled
6 corn tortillas
1 tomato, diced
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cups onion, diced
1/2 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp. comino
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Dip each tortilla in hot oil. Dry each tortilla with paper towels and cut into triangles.
Combine tomato, onion and garlic with spices in frying pan. Sauté briefly. Add tortillas. Add scrambled eggs and cook thoroughly
