Ingredients

Basic Ingredients
6” sandwich bread bun
2 thin slices of provolone cheese
28 thin pepperoni slices (small rounds)
2 thin onion slices
3 thin tomato slices

Shredded lettuce
Ground pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Italian dressing
1 Tbsp. Oil and Vinegar
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Peperoncinis

Directions

1. Spread mayonnaise and/or mustard on buns, if desired.
2. Layer with cheese, pepperoni, onions and tomato slices.
3. Top with shredded lettuce and dressing (Italian or oil and vinegar) and ground pepper.

Serve with chips and pepperocinis.

Note: If desired, reduce the fat in the pepperoni by heating in microwave for one minute on high. Drain the fat and pat dry the pepperoni with a paper towel.
