Ingredients

3 Potatoes
2 to 3 tablespoons olive/vegetable oil
Taco Seasoning

Directions

1. Peel and cube potatoes. Rinse in water.
2. Boil potatoes until cooked through. Dry potatoes as much as possible.
3. Heat up a pan on high. Once hot (flick water onto the pan, if it evaporates immediately it's hot enough) lower heat to medium and put oil in pan.
4. Add potatoes, and immediately add taco seasoning to completely coat potatoes.
5. Cook until crispy.
6. Serve!
