Ingredients

1 15.5 oz. can garbanzos, drain and rinse, reserving liquid for later use if needed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 large clove garlic, squeezed in garlic press
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 jalapeno (optional, if used decrease some cayenne)

Directions

1. Process all ingredients with S blade of food processor, adding reserved liquid only as needed to make smooth dip.
2. Top with paprika and/or fresh parsley. Serve with bread, pita slices, crackers or fresh vegetable slices.
