Pico de Gallo

Makes 1-1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 medium tomato, diced (1/2 cup)
1 medium onion, diced (1/2 cup)
3-4 fresh Jalapenos or Serrano peppers, chopped
12 sprigs of cilantro, minced
Juice of 1 medium lime

Directions

1. Mix ingredients in small bowl squeezing the juice of the lime over the ingredients.
2. Toss lightly.
3. Chill slightly before serving, if desired. Flavors will intensify if allowed to sit for 15-30 minutes.
